European Chemicals Agency to remove invalid pre-registration information

Through consultation with the pre-registrant, ECHA has removed the following information:

1 pre-registration period, the person required to be pre-registered, pre-registration information to delete it;

(2) associated with the Annex IV of the pre-registration information;

3 issued by the competent authorities of Member States based on the inspection report, because people are not pre-registered in the EU institutions or their legal status is not recognized (it’s postal address is not correct and there is no reply to give electronic or postal survey), is considered invalid pre-registration information;

4 by REACH-IT account is locked and the account has never been a legal entity for re-use all pre-registered.

ECHA recommends that importers, downstream users of potential registrants and ECHA website by these invalid pre-registration information.
